## Step 1: Download & Installation

Download the Cone app on your Windows computer using the link(s) below.

### Installation

1. Double-click the downloaded *ConeSetup.exe* file to install the Cone app on your Windows PC
2. After installing, open the Cone app via the shortcut on your desktop or in the Start menu
3. Login using your email and password. <mark style="background-color:orange;">**NOTE: Leave the 2-step verification box empty**</mark>
4. Tap on Connect to connect

## Troubleshooting

### 1. Download Issues

Downloading the app using Microsoft Edge will sometimes show a prompt to trust the downloaded app.

Follow the instructions below to solve this issue

1. &#x20;After the app is done downloading, it will show the prompt below. Tap on the 3-dot  on the right and click on *Keep*

2. On the next prompt. click on Show more > Keep anyway; this will allow the browser to trust the app

5. Click on Open file to run the installer
